Welcome to my new site! This is going to be the year of new work, stay tuned for upcoming additions, a peek into my process and listings of any happenings.To kick things off, I have a new print to share.  Quicken the Pace. Limited-edition letterpress print of 15 on Hosho japanese paper. 13 x 17″  Printed with photopolymer plates & wood type.This petite edition was printed on my vandercook press using soy ink and existing plates from past projects. I changed up my process a bit on this one; I needed something different from my normal pattern to spark a change. Much of my work is planned, sketched, researched over a lengthy amount of time, so this time around I decided to quicken the pace.I printed the edition over a weekend with no sketches, or previous notions to what it may look like. I designed as I went and mixed ink as needed. Old plates were cut up to create interesting shapes and placed intuitively using ink colors that have been inspiring to me lately: fuschia pink, deep yellow, black and white.Available for purchase thru Etsy.
